RN-Patient Care Director Post-Partum
(full-time day shift position with one of New York City’s best hospitals)
Some of the responsibilities include:
Oversee excellent patient care delivery
Supervision of 65 full-time employees
Evaluation, scheduling, and allocation of unit resources
Requirements:
Master’s in Nursing
NYS RN License (or willingness to obtain)
5 plus years of nursing experience with at least 3 years within a woman’s heath-unit
Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Management in Post-Partum, Labor & Delivery or NICU
Excellent communication skills and a can-do patient-oriented attitude.
