Prestigious NYC Hospital is looking for experienced medical assistants for several departments in their midtown Manhattan location
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Greet patients and escorts them to examining rooms
-Taking patient vitals
-Updating patient history
-Performing blood draws
-Collecting specimen samples
-Clean and sterilize exam room between patient visits
-Perform other related duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 plus years of medical assistant experience working in a hospital or large fast-paced healthcare practice
-Medical Assistant certification with phlebotomy experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Customer focused friendly attitude
-Knowledge of Epic systems a plus
