Our client, a leading media company, is looking for a high energy, take charge H/R Manager for their mid-town New York City office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruiting efforts for the New York City office.
- Oversee company benefit administration.
- Spearhead implementation of new H/R systems.
- Work with Director of HR setting up training programs and updating policies and procedures.
- Generate recruitment analytics and reporting requirements on a monthly basis.
- Oversee administrative tasks associated with H/R and recruiting.
- Assist with annual Open Enrollment.
- Assist with annual performance review administration.
- Capture and track HR metrics for various weekly and monthly reporting.
- Assist with corporate event planning.
- Other projects and duties as needed.
Requirements
- B.A. degree is required.
- 5 plus years of Human Resources experience with performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, policy creation, training and development, employment law and compensation.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate highest levels of integrity.
- Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Positive team player, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous, and professional attitude.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
