- Import Coordinators – Ocean Freight
Fast growing logistics company located in Port Reading, NJ is looking to add several high-energy team players to support their expanding import team
Summary of duties:
-Handling day to day logistics of imported containers
-Managing customs paperwork for clearance and deliveries
-Assist with providing rate quotes
-Assist with generating bills of lading
-Monitor and update shipment status information
Requirements:
- 2 plus years of import experience in the logistics industry handling ocean freight
-Team player attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent organizational skills, including exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
-Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
-A strong customer service-oriented personality
-Computer savvy with a solid working knowledge of MS Office and logistics software
