- Our Client, a large New York City Hospital Network, is looking for a Nurse Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving and maintaining the goals of the unit
2. Excellent patient care delivery
3. Staff supervision and evaluation
4.Overseeing scheduling, payroll, and allocation of resources
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing a must. Master’s degree preferred
5 plus years of nursing experience with at least 2 years within a woman’s heath unit
2 plus years of Nurse Management experience
Excellent communication skills and a can-do patient-oriented attitude.
Salary:
95k to 115k plus an excellent benefits package.
