Renowned NYC Nonprofit organization is looking for a high energy team player to join their corporate Human Resources Department
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Review and entry of all benefit elections for newly onboarded employees
-Manage the notification of benefits coverage eligibility, continuation, and termination notices
-Respond to all benefit related inquiries on a timely basis
-Maintain accurate records of confidential information
-Processing of benefit changes and adjustments
-Assist in compiling benefits data and generating reports as needed
-Assist with other h/r related duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 plus years of relevant H/R experience supporting a large employee population
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Knowledge of h/r systems, Lawson HRIS system highly desired
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail
