- ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY– PRESTIGIOUS NYC NONPROFIT
Renowned NYC nonprofit is looking for a charismatic leader to assist the Executive Director with technology implementations and help desk management in their midtown Manhattan headquarters.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide director with hands-on support of software and hardware implementations
-Oversee post-implementation trainings
-Manage procurement and implementation of hand-held devices
-Manage the support of help desk technicians to ensure a prompt resolution of issues
-Assist in systems review and rollout of enhancements
REQUIREMENTS:
-5 plus years of Technology Department management experience within a nonprofit organization
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science
-Advanced knowledge of networking hardware and software
-Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server including SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS, .Net, Cold Fusion, MS Office, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
-Excellent analytical and communication skills
