- MEDICAL RECEPTIONISTS – TOP NYC HOSPITAL
Prestigious NYC Hospital is looking to add ( 3 ) front desk medical receptionists to several departments in their East Side Manhattan location
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Greeting and checking-in / checking-out patients
-Accurately record and update patient demographic and insurance data in the system
-Assist patients in completing all necessary forms
-Answer busy phones to schedule and reschedule appointments
-Complete other administrative and clerical duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
-1plus years of medical front desk receptionist experience working in a hospital or large
fast-paced healthcare facility
- High School Diploma a must / Some college preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Customer focused friendly attitude
-Knowledge of Epic systems preferred
