- Warehouse Supervisor
Fast growing logistics and distribution firm located in Port Reading, NJ is looking to add a high-energy team-player to support their logistics team.
Summary of duties:
-Assist warehouse manager in overseeing the unloading of ocean cargo coming in containers
-Supervise the loading of cargo going out on trailers
-Ensure all safety practices and procedures are followed
-Verifying accuracy of shipments going in and out
-Act as a liaison between warehouse staff, outbound trucks, logistics team, and management to guarantee on-time delivery.
Requirements:
- 3 plus years of relevant warehouse experience, 1 year plus in a supervisory capacity
-Excellent leadership skills with a team player attitude
-Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
-A commitment to accuracy and timeliness
