- MEDICAL RECEPTIONISTS – TOP NYC HOSPITAL
Prestigious NYC Hospital is looking to add ( 3 ) front desk medical receptionists to several departments in their midtown Manhattan location
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Meeting and greeting incoming patients
-Assisting patients in completing all necessary check-in procedures
-Accurately record and update patient demographic and insurance data in the system
-Answer busy phones to schedule and reschedule appointments as necessary
-Complete other administrative and clerical duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
-2 years plus of medical front desk receptionist experience working in a large fast-paced healthcare practice or hospital
-High School Diploma a must / college degree preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Customer focused friendly attitude
-Knowledge of Epic systems a plus
